​​Kelly began dancing at age three in Scottsdale, Arizona. She began competing at age five in many styles from pom, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. She continued her dance training at Adolfo Camarillo High School as co-captain of the pom team, as well as, competing on a team in group pieces, duos, and solos. Kelly participated in a Dance Mentorship Program in Los Angeles County which focused on foundational dance training and leadership skills, as well as various styles and skills such as heels, ballroom, salsa & dance for the camera.Throughout the years Kelly has danced in music videos for Kacey Fifield, and performed at a variety of shows such as Disney Christmas Spectacular Parade, and NBA Sporting Events. She continues her training with the Dance Department at California Lutheran University where she is currently double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy.
